ONLINE REFUND POLICY My Online Refund Policy is designed to ensure that you will be happy with any purchase you make from me over the Internet. Within 10 days (not business days) of receipt of any piece of art you buy from me online, if you are dissatisfied with the art, you must contact me by phone or email and tell me of your intention to return the art--you must pay the packing and shipping both ways. I will refund your purchase price when I receive the art in good condition--I must receive it within 30 days from the day you call me. You are responsible for its condition until it reaches me. You should send it by UPS or some shipping service that has tracking and insurance capabilities. This refund policy applies only to online sales. I have an "Exchange Only" policy for purchases made in my studio. There in my studio, a collector is able to see the art, touch it and even take it home on approval to be more sure it is what he or she wants. So if a collector purchases a piece and does not like the item after being given all those options, that buyer is allowed to exchange it but not return it for a refund.
